Big Spring Bottom is a designated Entertainment Destination Center (EDC) in the heart of Glasgow, Kentucky — a walkable, vibrant district where you can sip responsibly, support local, and enjoy a lively downtown atmosphere.
From historic venues to hometown favorites, Big Spring Bottom is where community, culture, and connection come together.
The EDC includes key locations in and around downtown Glasgow, including:
Drink N Game
AJ’s Place
Yancey’s Gastropub & Brewery
Plus surrounding areas near the square
Look for signs throughout the district marking the Big Spring Bottom boundaries so you’ll always know where you can sip and stroll.
Alcohol must be purchased from a licensed business within or adjacent to the EDC.
Drinks must be served in a City-approved Big Spring Bottom cup.
Outside alcohol and personal containers are not allowed.
You can take your drink with you as you walk within the marked EDC boundaries or bring it into other participating venues.
Cups are single-use only and must be properly disposed of.

You can sip and stroll during permitted hours:
Thursdays & Fridays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

You’re welcome to carry your drink:
Throughout the marked boundaries of Big Spring Bottom
Into other participating businesses within the EDC
Just look for the signs — they’ll show you exactly where the district begins and ends.
Drinks must be purchased from licensed establishments within or directly next to Big Spring Bottom, such as:
Yancey’s Gastropub & Brewery
Drink N Game
AJ’s Place
And other participating venues
All alcoholic drinks must be served in a City-approved Big Spring Bottom cup.
These cups are:
Provided by participating businesses
Single-use only
Not refillable or reusable at future events
Be sure to toss them in a waste or recycling bin after use!
No outside alcohol is allowed in the district. To keep things safe and regulated, all beverages must be purchased from a licensed business participating in Big Spring Bottom.
Alcoholic beverages must stay within the boundaries of Big Spring Bottom. Once you leave the district, drinks are no longer permitted.
For everyone’s safety, businesses are not allowed to serve alcohol to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated. Public intoxication and disorderly behavior are prohibited in the district.
